By creating an account or using any feature of IA Currículo (iacurriculo.com), you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users and paying subscribers.

IA Currículo is an online platform for creating professional resumes, cover letters and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) analysis, using artificial intelligence to assist in content generation and optimization.

The platform offers professional resume templates, an intuitive editor, AI chat, ATS compatibility analysis and export in PDF and PNG formats.

To use all features, you need to create an account using email with verification or Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials.

Each account is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your credentials or allow third parties to access your account.

Some premium features, such as high-quality resume export, require export credits. Credits can be purchased through the platform using Stripe or other available payment methods.

Purchased credits are for personal use and non-transferable. Prices are subject to change, although already purchased credits remain valid.

We do not offer refunds for used credits. For unused credits, please contact our support.

The platform uses artificial intelligence models to generate content suggestions, analyze resumes and assist in creating cover letters. AI-generated content is suggestive and should be reviewed and personalized by the user.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be factually accurate, error-free or suitable for all situations. The user is ultimately responsible for the content of their resume.

The platform design, resume templates, source code, logo, brand and all original content of IA Currículo are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.

Resumes and cover letters created by users remain the intellectual property of their respective authors.

You retain all rights to the content you enter on the platform, including personal information, professional experiences and educational data. Your data is stored securely and used exclusively to provide the service.

By using the platform, you grant IA Currículo a limited license to process your data for the purpose of generating and rendering your documents.

It is prohibited to use the platform to: create false or fraudulent content; attempt to access other users' accounts; reverse engineer the software; use bots or automated scripts without authorization; violate applicable laws.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate account termination without the right to a refund.

IA Currículo is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that using the platform will result in obtaining employment or interviews. The platform is an assistive tool and does not replace professional judgment.

We are not responsible for temporary unavailability, data loss caused by external factors, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

After termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
